Job DescriptionLanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Sarasota, Florida.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Home HealthDiscipline: RNStart Date: 05/04/2026Duration: 20 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, daysEmployment Type: TravelRequirements- Experience:- Minimum 1 year of experience required- Skilled home care experience required- OASIS training and experience required- Private duty nursing experience alone will not be accepted- Certifications:- BCLS required- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)- Flu Vaccine: Unknown (must have flu shot or declination; mask required if applicable)- Licensure & Other Requirements:- Valid driver's license- Personal vehicle required for home visits- Clinical Skills:- IV therapy skills- Wound care (including wound vac)- Experience with general medical diagnoses- High-risk diagnoses experience required:- Heart Failure (HF)- COPD- Myocardial Infarction (MI)- Pneumonia- Stroke- Post-operative care- Patient Care Skills:- Cardiopulmonary assessment- ABI compression dressing- Pleurx/Asept drain care- Foley catheter insertion, change, and care- Staple/suture removal- Glucometer use- Pro-time machine use- SQ/IM injections- Lab draws and venipuncture- PICC line or Midline care and dressing changes- SQ port access/de-accessWork Schedule & Productivity- Visits: 6–8 home visits per day- Shift Options:- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM- Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday shifts- Alternating weekend shifts required- Schedule and visits are self-managed based on HomeCare office needsWork Environment & ToolsSkilled Home Care setting (Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Commercial insurance)Equipment provided: Laptop, MiFi (internet access), portable printerDocumentation systems: BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, Ace TimesheetAdditional Information- Locals accepted at same rate- Scrub color: Any solid colorPJ -HC (3223094)About LanceSoftEstablished in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
