Overview As a Senior BEOL Process Integration Engineer, you will lead copper BEOL integration to optimize yield, reliability, and manufacturing performance. You will collaborate with Fab Operations and foundry partners to transfer technologies and scale high-volume manufacturing. The role focuses on solving end-to-end interconnect challenges and driving process capability improvements.
