Senior BEOL Process Integration Engineer
Overview
As a Senior BEOL Process Integration Engineer, you will lead copper BEOL integration to optimize yield, reliability, and manufacturing performance. You will collaborate with Fab Operations and foundry partners to transfer technologies and scale high-volume manufacturing. The role focuses on solving end-to-end interconnect challenges and driving process capability improvements. ResponsibilitiesLead BEOL process integration efforts to optimize product yield and manufacturing performanceOwn and optimize the Cu interconnect fabrication sequence on wafersDrive quality, reliability, cost, productivity, and process capability improvementsIdentify yield-limiting factors and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teamsSupport technology transfer and process matching with foundry partnersUtilize SPC, FDC, DOE, and JMP to analyze data and solve manufacturing challenges
