This role is on-site at our New Braunfels location.This role is ideal for someone who:Understands technical productsEnjoys consultative sellingCan manage a full sales cycleKey ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with end users, resellers, contractors, and buyersIdentify customer needs and recommend valve and piping products and solutionsPrepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and close new opportunitiesCoordinate with internal teams on inventory, quotations, order accuracy, sourcing and delivery expectationsMaintain a healthy sales pipeline and document activity in the CRMMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goalsQualificationsMust have experience in industrial valve sales. Inside Sales skills, including identifying and pursuing sales opportunities and closing dealCustomer Service and Customer Satisfaction experience with a focus on creating positive client relationshipsLead Generation skills to identify potential clients and drive new business opportunitiesAccount Management experience, including maintaining and growing relationships with existing clientsStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentFamiliarity with the oil, gas, or process industries is a plusProficiency in sales software and CRM systems is beneficial
