Job DescriptionIn this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations by applying engineering principles to optimize production processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors,driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive cultureKey ResponsibilitiesSupport advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality and productivity targets are metAssist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes and reduce wasteCollaborate with manufacturing teams and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actionsResponsibilitiesYOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematicsEntry-level experience or internships in manufacturing engineering or process improvement rolesBasic understanding of manufacturing technologies, process optimization, and quality control principlesFamiliarity with data analysis tools and techniques to support process improvementsKnowledge of manufacturing software and tools such as CAD, statistical process control (SPC), or Lean manufacturing principlesWE VALUEAdvanced degrees in Engineering such as Mechanical or Industrial EngineeringExperience with automation, robotics, or additive manufacturing technologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvementAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of industry best practices and emerging manufacturing trendsQualificationsABOUT HONEYWELLHoneywell International Inc.
