Bookkeeper / Administrative Support Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate brings 2–7 years of relevant experience, a strong foundation in general accounting principles, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Perform day-to-day accounting function including financial data entry Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial reports using accounting software Carry out written and oral instructions with limited supervision Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively across departments Extreme attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance Must be comfortable reaching out for guidance and clarification if needed Qualifications 2–7 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Ajera, Deltek, QuickBooks, or similar) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to exercise independent judgment and take initiative Comfortable expressing urgency to complete important tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working within a small-to-mid-sized company of approximately 40–50 employees Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record required What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees Possibility for Hybrid/Remote Flexibility, after proven proficiency in TRI-MONT Ops
