IT Help Desk Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish)
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual IT Help Desk Specialist (English/Spanish) to join our technology support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance, providing exceptional customer service while resolving a wide range of IT issues.This is an entry-level, hands-on position (not just desk support), ideal for someone looking to grow, learn, and gain real-world IT experience.ResponsibilitiesProvide prompt and professional technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat in both English and SpanishProvide help desk support for staff (hardware, software, and systems)Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely mannerResearch and implement solutions for recurring problemsAssist with system setup, user accounts, and access managementSupport day-to-day IT operations and internal systemsSet up, install, and move equipment (computers, monitors, etc.) as part of daily IT supportDocument incidents, resolutions, and service requests accurately in help desk ticketing systemsQualificationsBilingual: English & Spanish (required)Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeGood communication and organizational skillsBasic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and Microsoft environmentsComfortable handling and lifting IT equipment (up to 50 lbs) as neededWhat We're Looking ForA dependable, resourceful individual who can "figure things out," take ownership of tasks, and help keep our operations running smoothly.
