The Field Revenue Cycle Specialist supports and develops the Business Office staff of the communities to ensure the timely and accurate Revenue Cycle Process. This position will require travel. The Field Revenue Cycle Specialist works in conjunction with and supports the Revenue Cycle Department.Key Responsibilities:Support, train, and develop Business Office staffOversee billing, collections, census, and overall Revenue Cycle accuracySupport communities with Medicaid eligibility, applications, and appealsMonitor performance, workflows, and compliance across assigned communitiesTravel regularly to community locationsEducation/Qualifications:You must have two (2) or more years of Long-Term Care experience as it relates to Revenue Cycle.Must possess and demonstrate strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.).Must possess knowledge of state Medicaid eligibility requirements, from the application through the appeal process.Must have the ability to work with the requirements of the position/assignment, with ability to travel.Shift & Wage:Full-Time Opportunity AvailableShifts Needed: Monday-Friday*Program details can vary amongst buildings.
