Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with retail and distribution partners,
primarily in the Natural Channel, via in-person meetings, video calls, and industry
events, ensuring that mutual objectives are achieved
Provide account-specific insights and knowledge to inform demand planning forecasts,
promo plans, trade marketing plans
Meet with buyers on a regular basis, setting the agenda, developing presentations and
collateral materials to guide the discussion
Work with Marketing Manager on demo, display, and ad coordination and execution
Submit promo paperwork to retailers and distributors and maintain external product
database platforms (i.e. 1WorldSync)
Capabilities & Qualifications
5+ years in sales at a small to medium-sized CPG company
Experience in the Natural Channel
Great people and relationship-building skills
Highly organized
Strong initiative and self-starter
Action and results-oriented
Resourceful, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and dynamic
environment
A strong sense of hands-on ownership and urgency in all matters related to the health
of the business
Analytical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to roll up sleeves to get things
done
Must be excited about travel and meeting with buyers and other business partners in
person
A driver’s license and a clean driving record
