Supply Chain Analyst (Contingent)Onsite, Sunnyvale, CAHands-on, tactical and operational role supporting end-to-end supply planning and product availability for consumer electronics programs. Focused on supply and demand balancing, purchase order execution, shipment tracking, and daily allocation, in support of the supply planners who own the portfolios. Success looks like clean execution under changing priorities, fast troubleshooting, and disciplined, repeatable processes.Responsibilities:Balance supply against demand across programs and channels; update total supply allocation daily based on inbound freight actuals and the supply projection modelExecute weekly purchase order release and troubleshoot order and commit issues on a timely basisSupport the ex-factory and supply commit processes with contract manufacturing sitesReview inbound freight to confirm receipt of supply at each DC; track shipments end to end and drive resolution of discrepanciesUpload allocation information and factory commits into Oracle Fusion on a scheduled basisSupport the weekly tactical S&OP process by preparing data and inputs for cross-functional teamsHelp create and maintain inventory plans for finished goods across regional DCsBuild and maintain dashboards and ad hoc reporting; track supply chain KPIs for the portfolioIdentify supply issues and support communication, escalation, and coordination of resolutionBuild strong working relationships with partners: supply planners, freight, procurement, CE, and contract manufacturingDocument and help streamline existing processesRequired Skills:Direct supply chain planning experience, hands-on in tactical and operational work: PO execution, shipment tracking, ex-factory and commit supportDemonstrated ability to balance supply and demand across multiple programs at onceExcellent with spreadsheets in general, including expert-level Excel and Google Sheets (large datasets, pivots, lookups, no hand-holding)Systems experience with o9 and Oracle Fusion; understanding of ERP planning, order management, allocation, and fulfillmentDashboard and ad hoc reporting experience; Tableau or similar BI tools a plusExperience using AI tools and incorporating them into analysis and reporting workflowsStrong troubleshooting and discrepancy-resolution abilityProcess-driven and detail-oriented; able to multitask and hold quality under shifting prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communicationOwnership mindset with the ability to see tasks through to completionIndependent self-starter who can operate with minimal directionPreferred:Consumer electronics industry experience, ideally AR/VRExperience coordinating with contract manufacturers and 3PL warehousesEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, or business, with 2 to 4 years in a similar planning or supply chain execution rolePursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
