Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,406 per week in Lexington, VA

Physical Therapist Location: Lexington, VA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,406 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/18/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (09:00 - 17:30) Experience: Minimum years of outpatient clinic and acute care experience required License: Active Physical Therapy license in Virginia required. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: Epic experience preferred. Description: Position available for a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting. Shift hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Weekend coverage is required once a month. The facility may request one shift cancellation per two weeks. There may be a requirement to work one holiday during the 13-week contract in rotation with staff. First-time travelers are not accepted. Local candidates are not eligible for this position. All requests for time off must be included with the initial submission. The candidate must have experience in outpatient and acute care settings. There is a daily census of 9-10 patients with 4-5 evaluations and treatments. The patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Additional responsibilities may include adapting therapy programs for various diagnoses. Compliance documents are required prior to the start date. The candidate must be willing to work holidays, with exceptions during winter holidays. Travel experience is required for this position.
