BRANCH MANAGER

RECO70448 – Branch Manager – Bedroom Community to Aurora, COOur client is seeking a Branch Manager for a growing location in a bedroom community just outside Aurora, Colorado. This individual will lead all aspects of the branch, including deposit growth, consumer and mortgage lending, daily operations, audits, and oversight of new accounts, debit cards, and wire transfer activity. The role is customer-facing. This position will oversee a team of five direct reports, including three teller/CSR staff and 2 junior loan officers who handle consumer, residential, and some commercial lending. The bank has plans to expand to a second nearby branch within the next two years, and this individual will ultimately take on leadership of both locations, which will be in proximity to one another. They are looking for someone with solid branch operations experience, proven leadership ability, and strong communication skills. An outgoing, approachable personality is key, along with the ability to commute to the area; residency in the immediate community is not required.
