This role requires both strong technical expertise and proven leadership experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processesSupervise and mentor accounting staff (minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience required)Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAPEnsure compliance with internal controls, policies, and proceduresPartner cross-functionally with finance and operational teamsAssist with audits and regulatory reportingDrive process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting functionQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)CPA strongly preferredExperience working within mid to large-size organizationsMinimum 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership roleProven ability to be hands-on while managing a teamStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills#INMAY2026#INJUN2026
