Landscaping Crew Member Location: Eden Prairie, MNEmployment Type: Full-TimeHourly Pay: $20 to $30 (based on experience, skill level, and ability to operate equipment)Join a growing landscaping team that handles residential lawn care, maintenance, snow removal, and a mix of hardscape and softscape projects. We are looking for reliable, hardworking crew members to support daily operations, perform hands-on tasks, and help deliver quality results on properties throughout the Eden Prairie area.This is an outdoor, physical role where you will work as part of a crew, learn from experienced team members, and have the chance to grow into more responsibility over time, including crew lead positions for the right people.Main ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, planting, mulching, and cleanup.Support hardscape and softscape projects by preparing sites, moving materials, and handling labor-intensive work.Operate basic to mid-level equipment such as power blowers, snowplows, skid steers, rakers, sod cutters, and other tools under supervision.Perform snow removal duties during winter months.Load and unload equipment, drive work trucks when needed, and keep job sites clean and organized.Follow safety protocols and work efficiently to meet daily goals. QualificationsAt least 1 year of landscaping, lawn care, or related outdoor labor experience preferred (motivated beginners with a strong work ethic will be considered).Comfortable with physical outdoor work, including lifting 50+ pounds regularly and working in varying weather.Reliable, punctual, and able to show up ready to work every day.Valid driver's license preferred (experience driving work trucks and towing trailers is a plus).Willing to learn and growSpanish language skills are Required.
