Support reporting deliverables with minimal oversight.Monthly Forecasting & Variance Analysis (Primary)Prepare forecasts, analyze variances, and provide actionable financial insights to support operational and leadership decision-making.Finance Reporting Support (Minor)Assist with recurring and ad hoc financial reporting, ensuring consistency and reliability of financial data.Ad Hoc Operational Finance Support – Manufacturing Segment (Minor)Provide analytical and operational finance support tied to manufacturing activities as business needs arise.Core Competencies & SkillsThe ideal Senior Financial Analyst will bring:5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst (strong preference for candidates operating at a senior, hands-on level)Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related fieldAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and core financial modelingAbility to work independently with limited supervisionStrong attention to detail and comfort working under tight deadlinesU.S. citizenship or permanent residency required for regulatory complianceAbility to work fully on-site in Boulder, CONice to Have:Manufacturing or operational finance experienceExperience working with European-based leadership or stakeholdersTeam & CultureThe Senior Financial Analyst will join a finance team undergoing active restructuring, with evolving processes and multiple reporting lines.
