Return Merchandise Authorization Coordinator, North America

What To ExpectAs Return Merchandise Authorization Coordinator, North America you will be responsible for handling all RMA cases, contacting Tesla Channel Partners notifying them about RMA and documentation around all of this. You will be the link between our technical support team, fulfillment, sales team, and channel partners; you will ensure that all spare part requirements are handled with great care and that our channel partners receive parts in time along with reimbursing for service/labor.
