Maintenance Sales Representative

Job SummaryHavel is looking for a Salesperson responsible for HVAC and automation systems maintenance sales contracts with commercial, industrial, educational and institutional clients in the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan area.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain technical relationships with customers, traveling regionally.Expand sales for existing contract customersIdentifies potential opportunities with existing and new customersConverts leads into opportunities by identifying the appropriate sales course of actionDevelops multiple relationships with buying influences within the customer's organization which may include the facility manager, project managers, or purchasing agentOther duties assignedQualificationsExperience in sales and marketing.Knowledge of financial based sales.HVAC, Mechanical, and controls systems knowledge is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication.Knowledgeable in use of common computer and Microsoft programs/software.Excellent at Managing processes, Decision making, Process improvement, and Customer service.Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.Equal Opportunity EmployerEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledJ-18808-Ljbffr
