We are looking for an innovative Interactive AR/VR Prototyper to join our team. This role is ideal for an AR/VR designer with exceptional visual and interaction design skills who is also comfortable turning their ideas into functional, interactive prototypes in AR/VR leveraging the latest AI-based tools and technologies. You will work closely with researchers, engineers, and product managers to rapidly ideate, design, and prototype new AI-powered experiences.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and prototype interactive AI-driven experiences and demos on Glasses and AR/VR surfaces.Translate high-level concepts and user journeys into detailed wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes.Use AI-based prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Origami or similar) to quickly build and iterate on working prototypes on AR/VR devices.Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine designs and prototypes.Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and user value.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, design tools, and prototyping technologies.Document design systems, patterns, and best practices for future reference and team alignment.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or a related field.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping in AR/VR.Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Origami).Experience building interactive prototypes that go beyond static mockups.Familiarity with AI-based design/prototyping tools or a strong willingness to learn and adopt them.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience integrating AI/ML models or APIs into interactive prototypes.Ability to write basic code (e.g., JavaScript, Python or similar) to enhance prototype interactivity.Experience working in fast-paced, research-driven, or experimental environments.Familiarity with user research and usability testing methodologies.Benefits401(k).Dental Insurance.Health insurance.Vision insurance.We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity, equality, inclusion, and respect for people.The salary will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, location, relevant education, qualifications, experience, technical skills, and business needs.Additional ResponsibilitiesParticipate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.About UsAt OP, we help you harness the power of technology for maximum impact.
