GRACE is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate who thrives in a community-focused environment someone who can welcome donors, guide volunteers, and help ensure donated goods are handled with care and purpose. This is not a high-pressure warehouse job. It's a mission-driven, people-centered role where every action we do, supports individuals and families in need.What You'll DoAs the Lead Warehouse Associate, you'll be the friendly face donors meet when they pull up with items to give. You'll help unload vehicles, sort donations, and guide your team in preparing items for our resale stores all while keeping the donation station safe, organized, and welcoming.Key Responsibilities (not all-inclusive):Greet donors, assist with unloading vehicles, and provide excellent customer serviceSort, organize, and prepare donated items (clothing, household goods, toys, decor, etc.)Lead, train, and support team members and volunteersMaintain a clean, safe, and efficient donation intake areaMonitor daily production goals and help the team stay on trackDeliver merchandise to GRACE resale stores 2+ times per week using a company box truckPerform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needsWork alongside your team to meet daily and weekly prioritiesThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, teamwork, and community service.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDAge 21+ (required for bonding and driving responsibilities)Ability to drive non-CDL box trucks (2026 ft.)12 months of experience in donation intake, nonprofit operations, thrift/resale, warehouse, production, or similar hands-on environment especially in a lead or trainer roleStrong communication, organization, and conflict-management skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periodsValid driver's license, clean driving record, and current auto insuranceNonprofit or community-service experience is a plus!Why Join GRACE?Work-life balance: Sundays & Mondays offPaid time off: Holidays, floating holidays, vacation, sick, and personal timeBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 3% match, and moreMission-driven culture: Your work directly supports families in crisis and strengthens the community.Pre-Employment RequirementsAll offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check, motor vehicle report, insurance verification, reference checks, drug screen, and lift test.About GRACE Grapevine Relief and Community Exchange (GRACE) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
