P&C Customer Service Rep
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative; the associate has to handle inbound calls from the customer or do an outbound call within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. This position requires good communication skills; the ability to effectively handle information requests, compliments and complaints with a positive attitude and attention to details.Responsibilities Facilitate the Property and Casualty members by answering inbound calls, emails, and other contacts from the members Make outbound calls (if required) to confirm the information or for member authorization Apply knowledge of personal lines to assist member to bind policies, coverage provision, payments, and renewals for insurance product Provide response to members on call using the tools and resources available to support Set up reminders and follow up with customer on timely manner Follow the compliance and regulatory requirement when handling the members Maintain Property and Casualty (P&C) LicenseQualification Required High School Diploma or GED equivalent Min 1 year of customer service experience Active Property and Casualty (P&C) producer LicenseTCS Employee Benefits Summary Discretionary Annual Incentive.
