Role Description The Group Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The role involves leading consulting projects, managing a team of consultants, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic recommendations to clients. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, facilitating team collaboration, conducting in-depth research, and presenting findings to stakeholders. The Group Leader will also mentor team members, foster skill development, and uphold the firm’s commitment to high-quality outcomes. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teamsStrong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills for evaluating and addressing complex business challengesProject management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver results effectivelyProficiency in presentation and public speaking, along with advanced communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking and business acumen to provide innovative and actionable recommendationsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in on-site, high-pressure environmentsExperience in strategy consulting or management is preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field
