This position collaborates closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to strengthen brand awareness, support campaign and leaden efforts, and ensure all marketing efforts align with strategic objectives.This is a hands-on role suited for a detail-oriented, adaptable professional who can manage multiple priorities and translate technical information into clear, compelling marketing materials. The Marketing Coordinator assumes ownership of assigned deliverables and contributes directly to measurable marketing outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Project ExecutionCoordinate and assist with execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, digital, social, and industry initiativesManage campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure consistent, high-quality, and timely executionProactively identify potential risks or delays and communicate mitigation plans or escalation needs as appropriateSupport product launches and promotional initiatives in alignment with established timelines and business objectivesContent & CommunicationsDevelop and edit marketing content, including emails, case studies, brochures, website copy, and social media postsTranslate technical product information into clear, customer-focused messagingEnsure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communicationsMaintain high standards of accuracy and quality through thorough review and cross-functional collaborationSales EnablementCreate, update, and maintain sales collateral such as one-pagers, presentations, and product sheetsWork with marketing leadership/team and sales team to understand customer needs and identify gaps in existing materials and proactive ways to strengthen customer relationshipsEnsure all materials remain accurate, relevant, and easily accessibleSupport the organization and oversight of a centralized marketing and sales asset library (photos, company videos, event, training videos - YouTube channel, etc.)Digital Marketing SupportAssist with website updates, landing pages, and SEO initiatives, if needed.Assist with execution of email campaigns, including build, scheduling, quality control, and performance reportingOwn the marketing project tracker and weekly status updates for assigned initiatives.Develop and support social media editorial calendar development, posting, and performance tracking, with a focus on LinkedInMonitor digital channels and proactively resolve issues or inconsistenciesEvents & Trade ShowsCoordinate logistics for trade shows and industry events, including booth materials, shipping, and registrationsEnsure events are executed professionally and in alignment with brand standardsSupport pre- and post-event marketing activities, including timely lead follow-upAssist in tracking event performance and identifying opportunities for improvementData & ReportingAssist with tracking campaign performance and key marketing metrics, including leads, engagement, and conversionsMaintain the accuracy and integrity of data within CRM and marketing systemsGenerate reports and provide insights to support data-driven decision-makingParticipate in performance reviews to identify opportunities for continuous improvementAccountability & Performance ExpectationsTake ownership of assigned projects, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with expectationsProactively communicate progress, updates, and potential challenges in a clear, timely, and professional mannerParticipate in weekly marketing operations meetings and provide written status updates on assigned projectsOwn the content calendar execution for assigned channels (posting cadence, QA, deadlines).Contribute to team and organizational goals through high-quality execution and measurable resultsDemonstrate accountability through consistent follow-through and effective cross-functional collaborationProactively identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall marketing effectivenessEngage in continuous learning and apply feedback to enhance performanceOn-Time delivery rate for assigned deliverablesAccuracy/rework rate for published materialsConsistency of posting/email execution against calendar.Qualifications4-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or manufacturing environmentsStrong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and conciselyExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with marketing tools such as CRM platforms (i.e. D365), email marketing and website/CMS platformsWorking knowledge of digital marketing, including email, web, social media, and SEOGreat attitude, can-do spirit, team player, adaptable
