Marine Technicians and Dock Specialists

We're currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dock & Lift Technician / Watercraft Specialist to support our busy operations. Key Responsibilities: Dock & Lift Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair boat docks, lifts, and other marina equipment. Watercraft Services: Provide basic boat maintenance and support, including cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining watercraft. Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer service to marina guests, ensuring their equipment and dockage needs are met. Safety Protocols: Follow safety guidelines while performing maintenance and repairs, ensuring safe working conditions for both team members and customers. Seasonal Prep & Decommissioning: Assist with preparation of boats, docks, and lifts for the season, as well as winterizing and decommissioning during off-season. General Marina Maintenance: Assist with general upkeep of marina facilities, including trash removal, cleaning, and taking care of all products. Qualifications: Experience in dock construction, boat lifts, or watercraft maintenance is a plus. Ability to work with power tools, boats, and other marine equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Customer-focused with excellent communication skills. Valid driver’s license; boat handling experience is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physical environments.
