Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY, for a Project Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The Project Architect will lead the design and technical development of architectural projects, oversee the coordination of construction documents, and manage submittals and schedules. The role involves engaging with clients, consultants, and project teams to deliver exceptional designs that meet project objectives within budget and time constraints. The candidate will contribute to fostering innovation and ensuring adherence to design excellence and construction standards. Qualifications Expertise in Architecture and Project Management, with at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar capacityProficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software such as RevitFamiliarity with Submittals and the construction documentation processKnowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles is highly desirableStrong communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skillsProfessional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch); architectural licensure preferredProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
