Backed by a ~$1M pre-seed round, we are an elite team of experts (Harvard, Notre Dame, UNC) transforming unstructured financial data into actionable institutional strategy.The Role: The Force MultiplierWe are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who believes that manual coding is a legacy bottleneck. Working directly under our CTO, your mission is to operate as the Project Manager of an AI Workforce. The Vision: We expect you to never write a line of manual code. Instead, you will use Claude Code, Cursor, and autonomous agents to architect, build, and deploy our entire stack. Your value is defined by your architectural judgment, your logic verification, and your speed of orchestration.What You’ll DoDirect Execution: Working under the CTO’s strategic guidance, you will use AI agents to execute high-level product roadmaps, multi-file refactors, and complex feature builds.Architecture Design: Translate the CTO’s vision into rigorous technical specifications (System Prompts and CLAUDE.md context) that guide AI agents to produce high-performance Python/Flask and React code.Human-in-the-Loop Verification: You are the final gatekeeper. You don't write the code, but you must audit every "diff," run unit tests, and ensure the AI’s output meets our high standards for logic and performance.SOC 2 & Security Governance: Direct agents to implement and maintain institutional-grade security protocols. You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated code is secure and compliant.Data Moat Engineering: Orchestrate the pipelines that ingest, clean, and normalize the complex, unstructured financial data that powers our benchmarking engine.About YouTight Foundations: You have a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent deep-level understanding of systems, data structures, and backend architecture. You must know "good code" to recognize it when the AI generates it.Master Orchestrator: You are an expert-level user of Cursor, Claude Code, and Windsurf. You know how to "chunk" complex problems so agents can solve them without losing context.Technical Judgment: You can spot a logic flaw, an inefficient query, or a security risk in a 500-line AI generation in seconds.Finisher Mentality: You are energized by shipping. You move fast, but your deep foundations ensure you don't break the system.Experience: 2+ years of professional engineering experience. You’ve transitioned from being a "coder" to an "orchestrator" and can prove your increased velocity.Preferred QualificationsExperience in early-stage, fast-paced startups.Proven ability to ship full-stack features where 100% of the code was AI-generated.Familiarity with Real Estate Finance or FinTech is not necessary. That can be learned.
