Role: Senior/Lead Salesforce DeveloperLocation: Phoenix, AZ – Onsite – F2F (AZ or Dallas, TX)Required Skills8+ years of Salesforce development experience.Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Triggers.Experience with Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and other asynchronous processing.Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and enterprise integrations.Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security/sharing, transaction management, and performance optimization.Experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support experience.Experience with Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and scalable enterprise solutions.Hands-on experience with Git, SFDX, CI/CD, and source-driven development.Strong communication, code review, and mentoring skills. Preferred SkillsSalesforce Platform Developer I/II certification; PD2 preferred.Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, CRM Analytics, or Salesforce Data Cloud.Experience with event-driven or near real-time architectures.Experience working in large enterprise or highly regulated environments.Experience working with globally distributed teams.
