Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all floors are properly cared for through appropriate cleaning techniques such as sweeping, polishing, and deep cleaning when necessary. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction. Follow established safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to maintain a safe environment. Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently while adhering to quality standards. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards. Maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude to provide exceptional hospitality service at all times. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on housekeeping duties. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and industrial cleaning methods. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable for understanding guest expectations and service standards. Familiarity with custodial practices and industrial cleaning equipment ensures efficient task completion. Ability to manage housekeeping responsibilities effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond courteously to guest needs.
