Fabrication Tech - Weekend Day Shift

DescriptionAs a Fabrication Tech at SendCutSend, you will work with non-metal materials such as plastics, composites, and wood materials to support our production process. This is a hands-on role that requires adaptability, precision, and a strong mechanical mindset. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and help us get sh*t done, we'd love to hear from you.What You’ll DoOperating and supporting CNC cutting equipment for non-metal materialsSanding, deburring, tumbling, and finishing partsTapping, countersinking, and installing hardwareInterpreting work instructions and using hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipmentPerforming quality checks to ensure customer specifications are metMoving materials and job orders throughout the facilityMaintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environmentCollaborating with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily production goalsRequirementsMechanical aptitude and willingness to be cross-trained across multiple processesAbility to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devicesHigh attention to detail and qualityStrong work ethic and ability to follow direction in a fast-paced environmentAble to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for 10–12 hour shiftsForklift experience is a plusBenefitsMedical, Dental, & Vision 401K with Company Match Paid holidays + PTO Lunch provided dailyEmployee discount on parts Work ScheduleFriday - Sunday, 5:00 am - 5:00 pm (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours)
