Java Fullstack Developer

Software Development ManagerKey Responsibility:Create prototypes to validate technical designs.Develop UML diagrams to map current/future application states.Lead end-to-end SDLC phases (Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment).Supervise software initiatives to ensure stable, quality deliverables.Provide strategic technical direction and system architecture.Estimate effort, coordinate external teams, and ensure on-time/budget delivery.Mentor programmers and advise project managers on critical technical issues.Requirements:Full SDLC involvement (analysis to deployment).Application security implementation.Technical leadership (guiding teams, architecture decisions).Collaboration with business leaders and cross-functional teams.Proven expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.Experience in banking/financial services in the last two projects.
