Electronic Data Interchange Analyst

We are seeking an experienced EDI Analyst to support and enhance our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations. This role is a backfill for a key team member and requires a hands-on EDI professional with strong mapping expertise and the ability to manage and improve EDI workflows end to end.The EDI Analyst will serve as a critical partner to the IT Manager and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient transaction processing. This position plays a pivotal role in improving operational efficiency, data integrity, and customer onboarding processes.You will join a collaborative IT team of approximately 12 professionals, including system administrators, IT support, and developers.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, maintain, and support EDI maps and integrationsManage and monitor daily EDI transactions to ensure accuracy and timelinessSupport EDI documents including, but not limited to, 850 (Purchase Orders) and 810 (Invoices)Lead and support customer onboarding for new EDI trading partnersTroubleshoot and resolve EDI issues, data errors, and transaction failuresCollaborate with internal IT teams, business users, and external trading partnersDocument EDI processes, mappings, and standardsIdentify opportunities to improve EDI workflows, automation, and data qualityAssist the IT Manager with EDI-related projects and initiativesRequired Qualifications1+ years of hands-on EDI experienceStrong experience with EDI mapping and configurationProven experience supporting EDI 850 and 810 transactionsExperience with customer/trading partner onboardingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyPreferred SkillsExperience working closely with IT leadershipProject coordination or project management experience related to EDI initiativesExperience in a manufacturing or distribution environmentOur specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches fasterBenefits & Perks:Competitive base salary + bonus potentialComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO + company holidaysFlexible/hybrid work environmentProfessional development support (training, certifications)
