In this role, you’ll own project success from pursuit through closeout—leading teams, managing risk, strengthening client relationships, and delivering exceptional outcomes.What You'll DoLead one or more large, complex construction projects from pursuit and preconstruction through completionOwn overall project performance—profitability, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfactionPartner with estimating, operations, and field leadership to set GMPs, schedules, and execution strategiesServe as the senior client-facing leader, building trusted relationships with Owners, Architects, and partnersOversee and mentor Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, setting clear expectations and developing talentManage contract strategy, change negotiations, risk mitigation, and claims avoidanceDrive strong safety culture in collaboration with Superintendents and Safety leadershipSupport business development efforts including RFQs/RFPs, interviews, and industry networkingWhat You'll Bring10–15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience on large-scale projects, specifically in the K12 and Higher Education spacesProven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholdersDesign-Build management experience. DBIA preferred.Deep knowledge of construction delivery methods, contracts, scheduling, and cost controlStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsAdvanced proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (CMiC, P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, BIM tools, etc.)Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experienceWhy Join W.E.
