L3 Platform Support - Java, RDBMS, Python, SQLMust Have Technical/Functional SkillsPrimary Skill: Java (core + debugging), Python (scripting & automation), SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures), RDBMS (Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL), API debugging (REST, Postman), Log analysis (Splunk / Kibana), Linux/Unix commands, GitExperience: Minimum 10 yearsRoles & ResponsibilitiesHandle escalated production incidents and perform deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA).Debug Java services (logs, stack traces, thread/heap dumps) and collaborate on hotfixes.Analyze and optimize SQL queries, indexes, and RDBMS performance (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL).Perform data investigations and safe data fixes using SQL under change controls.Build/maintain Python scripts for automation, health checks, and operational tooling.Monitor application and database health using APM/log tools (e.g., Splunk, Kibana, New Relic).Troubleshoot API failures, timeouts, and integration issues across services.Support deployments and release validations (blue/green, canary, rollbacks) with DevOps/Engg.Maintain and enhance runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base to reduce repeat escalations.Ensure SLA compliance, accurate incident communication, and stakeholder updates.Conduct capacity and performance tuning (connection pools, JVM params, DB configs).Participate in on-call rotations, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement actions.Salary Range- $110,000-$125,000 a year
