Senior Engineering Operations Manager

Overview As a trusted operations leader, you guide transit agencies through readiness, start-up, and expansion of new systems. You’ll work closely with agency leadership to shape operational strategy and practical execution across multi-mode transit environments. You drive readiness, testing, and transition activities to deliver safe, reliable service and impactful programs. This role combines hands-on operations expertise with strategic mentoring to accelerate project outcomes. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate design into operable, efficient operations.
