This role focuses on building scalable ServiceNow solutions, not just configuration or administration.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platformBuild and customize Service Catalog, workflows and record producersDevelop server-side components including Business Rules, Script Includes and integrationsWrite and maintain client-side scripts for UI and user interactionsLead development efforts and support project deliveryCollaborate with QA teams to ensure defect-free releasesProvide deployment instructions and technical documentationIdentify risks and communicate effectively with stakeholdersDeliver solutions within defined timelinesQualifications: 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow developmentStrong experience with:ServiceNow scripting (server-side and client-side)Business Rules and Script IncludesService Catalog and workflowsRecord ProducersStrong understanding of ServiceNow platform architectureExperience building scalable and high-performance applicationsExperience with testing and debugging ServiceNow codeAbility to lead development efforts and own deliverables Preferred:Experience with HRSD module in ServiceNowExperience working in enterprise environmentsStrong attention to detail and code qualityGood communication and documentation skillsRequired Skills Summary:ServiceNow (5-10 years) - RequiredServiceNow Development (scripting-focused) - RequiredWorkflows / Service Catalog - RequiredHRSD - Nice to have
