Technical Program Delivery Lead
Senior ITAM Program Delivery LeadOur financial services client is seeking a Senior ITAM Program Delivery Lead. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Armis Centrix Implementation Specialist to lead the technical integration of Armis Centrix Asset Inventory into our ServiceNow CMDB and ITAM (HAM Pro / SAM Pro) environment in support of a regulatory-driven asset inventory program. This is a six-month execution role for a senior practitioner with a track record of successful Armis Centrix implementations. The work is delivery-focused, not exploratory — the candidate is expected to bring proven implementation patterns, configure with confidence, and produce evidence of completeness from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and operate Armis Centrix Asset Inventory in our environment, including collector deployment coordination, data source onboarding (firewalls, switches, EDR, MDM, vulnerability scanners, cloud APIs, network infrastructure), classification policies, and asset attribution rules.Lead the technical integration between Armis Centrix and ServiceNow CMDB, including connector configuration, CI class mapping (Armis device taxonomy ? ServiceNow CI classes), Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rule design, source authority configuration, and CSDM alignment.Extend the integration to ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro asset records, including hardware asset enrichment from Armis discovery, software inventory cross-reference where applicable, and lifecycle state coordination.Define and tune reconciliation rules between Armis-discovered assets and existing CMDB / HAM data, including handling of duplicates, conflicting attributes, and source-of-truth precedence.Build operational dashboards and reports demonstrating discovery coverage, reconciliation outcomes, attribution completeness, and variance trends — calibrated to be evidence-ready for regulatory examiners and Internal Audit.Partner with InfoSec and Network teams on collector placement, data source access, and Armis platform operational ownership decisions (resolution of the open Armis operational ownership question is an expected outcome of this engagement).Document all configurations, integration patterns, runbooks, and operational procedures in our standard templates, with knowledge transfer to FTE staff as a mandatory deliverable.Produce weekly delivery evidence: what was completed, what coverage was achieved, what gaps remain, what’s planned next. Status is data-led, not narrative-led.Required Qualifications Demonstrated successful implementation of Armis Centrix Asset Inventory in at least two prior engagements, with specific deliverables and outcomes the candidate can describe in detail (coverage achieved, integration patterns built, problems solved). Hands-on technical depth in Armis Centrix platform configuration: data source integrations, classification policies, query language, alerting, and the Armis-ServiceNow connector. Strong ServiceNow CMDB expertise: IRE configuration, identification and reconciliation rule design, CSDM alignment, CI class extensions, data certification frameworks. Working proficiency with ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro asset data models, including how external discovery sources enrich asset records. Experience integrating Armis with at least three of the following: firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet), switches (Cisco, Arista), EDR platforms (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint), MDM (Intune, Jamf), vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable), cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and identity sources (Active Directory, Entra ID). Practical understanding of agentless network discovery: switch port mapping, DHCP fingerprinting, passive traffic analysis, and the classification trade-offs each method introduces. Track record of operating in regulated environments — financial services, healthcare, or similar — with familiarity in evidence production, change control, and audit-readiness. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical configuration into examiner-readable narrative.Preferred Qualifications Direct experience supporting regulator-driven asset inventory or IT general controls programs in a financial services context. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CMDB or Discovery (CIS-Discovery, CIS-CMDB) or CSA at minimum. Armis-issued certifications or Armis Champion / partner status. Experience resolving the operational ownership question for an agentless discovery platform between ITAM, InfoSec, and Network teams — i.e., not just implementing the tool, but landing it in the right operating model. Familiarity with broader ITAM operating models that separate Process Accountable (ITAM) from Service Accountable (Platform / CMDB), and comfort working at that seam.Working Style ExpectationsThis Is a Senior, Autonomous, Execution-focused Engagement. Specifically Hands-on by default. The expectation is that the candidate configures the platform themselves, not that they coordinate others to do so. No “advisory only” engagements at this level. Evidence-based practice. Every claim of progress is backed by data — coverage percentages, reconciliation match rates, variance counts, time-to-triage metrics. Weekly status is dashboard-led, not narrative-led. Proactive identification of blockers. Surface dependencies, data source access issues, and integration roadblocks immediately with proposed paths to resolution. Do not wait for the next status meeting to flag a blocker. Communication discipline. Brief technical updates that non-technical stakeholders can act on. Documentation produced as the work happens, not at the end. Knowledge transfer treated as a first-class deliverable, not an afterthought. Swift results. Six months is short for this scope. The candidate is expected to bring proven implementation patterns and adapt them quickly, not invent approaches from scratch. Time to first measurable coverage milestone is a key calibration of fit.Required Deliverables (Engagement End State)By the end of the six-month engagement, the following are expected as named deliverables, each with documented evidence: Armis Centrix Asset Inventory configured and operational across agreed data sources, with documented coverage metrics. Armis-to-ServiceNow CMDB integration in production, with IRE rules, CI class mappings, and source authority configured and tested. Armis-to-ServiceNow HAM Pro / SAM Pro enrichment operational, with documented data flow and reconciliation logic. Operational dashboards for discovery coverage, reconciliation outcomes, and asset attribution completeness in production use. Complete configuration documentation, integration design documents, and operational runbooks in firm-standard templates. Knowledge transfer to nominated FTE staff completed, with sign-off from the receiving party as a payment milestone. Recommended operational ownership model for Armis platform post-engagement, with rationale and impacted-stakeholder input documented.#DICE
