The chosen candidate will focus on successfully project managing the integration of acquired dental practices with the goal of engaging local leadership so that clear expectations are set and they feel supported and informed. Position Responsibilities ⦁ Connect with onboarding practices to transition and centralize accounts payables ⦁ Collect and organize all previous vendor contact information ⦁ Create checklists and tracking spreadsheets ⦁ Collect and upload vendor invoices and statements for accounting reconciliation ⦁ Communicate with vendors to update vendor contact and payment information ⦁ Prepare training presentations for new teams ⦁ Prepare weekly status reports to the EVP of Operations ⦁ Maintain regular communication with affiliated doctors and practice staff ⦁ Assist in the onboarding and integrations of recently affiliated dental practices, including implementation of company operational procedures and processes ⦁ Train office staff on GPS accounts payable guidelines Professional Experience/Qualifications ⦁ Accounts Payables experience highly preferred ⦁ Strong active listening skills, ability to implement processes in collaboration with EVP to ensure company objectives are met ⦁ Highly organized and detail-oriented work ethic ⦁ Ability to work collaboratively with and lead team members ⦁ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills ⦁ Demonstrate sense of urgency and work well under pressure ⦁ Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the initiative to work independently ⦁ Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines ⦁ Ability to effectively manage confidential information ⦁ Demonstrates integrity, responsibility, accountability, and a high level of professionalism ⦁ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift No weekends Work Location: In person
