Brand Design Lead | Fully Remote | Europe | Up to £90kI'm working with a fast-growing global technology company looking to hire a Brand Design Lead to help shape the next phase of its creative evolution.We're not looking for a traditional brand guardian, identity specialist or design systems owner.We're looking for a designer who naturally thinks in brand worlds. Campaigns, launches, activations, events, social content, experiences and storytelling. Someone who starts with the idea before they start with the execution.You'll be leading creative concepts and visual direction across major campaigns, launches, events, content series, social initiatives and brand experiences, working closely with copy, video and creative leadership to bring ideas to life across multiple channels.The sweet spot is likely someone who has come through a strong brand or creative agency environment where strategy, identity, campaigns, experiences and storytelling are all part of the same conversation.Think the type of designer who is equally comfortable shaping a visual identity, developing a campaign platform, influencing a film treatment or helping create an event experience.This is less about maintaining an existing brand system and more about helping define what the next chapter of a brand looks and feels like.Fully remote.
