AI Transformation Consultant We are looking for an AI Transformation Consultant to lead hands‐on AI adoption for our clients. You will design and facilitate interactive workshops, build practical transformation frameworks, and help teams move from experimentation to measurable business impact. The position combines consulting, facilitation, and internal innovation, with a strong focus on execution and delivery. Responsibilities Client Transformation & Delivery Design and lead interactive client workshops, training programs, and strategy sessions. Build transformation frameworks, playbooks, and enablement curricula that guide organizations through AI adoption. Facilitate hands‐on "build it with you" working sessions where clients learn by doing. Serve as a trusted advisor to executives navigating operational and creative change. Internal Innovation Hub Capture AI breakthroughs happening across AI Digital's 400+ person organization. Scale successful use cases and workflows into repeatable client offerings. Support our internal Elevated Intelligence certification and training programs. Program & Team Management Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards across client engagements. Lead and develop a team of AI Project Managers and Labs Partnership Liaisons. Maintain ongoing client relationships as an embedded partner, not a project consultant. Thought Leadership & Content Author Labs thought‐leadership materials and certain deliverables—training decks, case studies, executive summaries, frameworks. Monitor emerging AI capabilities relevant to media, marketing, and analytics. Support Labs events, speaking engagements, and industry education initiatives. Innovation Center Launch Contribute to the design and launch of our Miami AI Innovation Experience Center. Help develop interactive AI Experience Pods and client showcase experiences. Requirements 3+ years in consulting, strategy, program management, client success, or transformation roles. You are a builder, not just a deck‐maker—you design programs and run them, not just present recommendations. Comfortable leading interactive training sessions and facilitating workshops with confidence. Background in media, marketing, creative industries, or technology a strong plus. Track record managing client relationships and delivering structured, high‐quality work. Skills & Attributes Excellent facilitator: You can command a room, run engaging workshops, and make complex topics accessible. Highly organized and proactive: You manage multiple initiatives with precision and anticipate needs. Confident communicator: Strong presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills. AI power user: Not an AI expert, but deeply curious and experimental with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini. Self‐starter with leadership instincts: You thrive with autonomy and are ready to manage and mentor a growing team. Comfortable with ambiguity: You can structure the unstructured and operate in fast‐moving environments. Technical Fluency Strong proficiency in PowerPoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets, Miro, Notion, and collaboration tools. Hands‐on experience with AI tools; ability to prototype, experiment, and teach others.
