This is a ground support role—think “pit crew,” not pilot.🔧 What you’ll do: • Swap batteries & manage charging stations • Clean and maintain drone hardware • Locate & recover drones using GPS • Perform basic field repairs • Support operations as a Visual Observer✅ What you need: • FAA Part 107 preferred, not required • Comfort with tools, tech, and outdoor work • Reliable vehicle + ability to travel locally • Self-starter mindset
