Job Title: Python AI Agent DeveloperLocation: Bay Area, CA (Onsite – 3 Days/Week)Duration: 6+ Months ContractRate: Market Best RateRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Python AI Agent Developer with hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and AI Agent development. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills and experience building AI-powered applications using modern LLM frameworks and cloud-based AI development environments.This role involves developing intelligent AI agents capable of executing tasks autonomously, integrating with enterprise systems, and leveraging cloud-based coding environments such as OpenAI Codex Cloud or similar AI-assisted development platforms. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python.Build autonomous AI agents capable of executing workflows and background tasks.Work with OpenAI Codex Cloud or similar cloud-based AI coding environments for automated development and task execution.Develop solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini.Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI agent workflows.Integrate AI solutions with REST APIs, databases, and third-party enterprise applications.Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and software developers to deliver AI-driven solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI applications and Python services.Stay current with advancements in AI, Generative AI, and agentic frameworks.Required SkillsStrong proficiency in Python.Experience with Generative AI and AI Agent development.Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, Codex Cloud, or similar AI-assisted coding platforms.Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.Knowledge of prompt engineering, function calling, and AI orchestration.Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Weaviate.Experience with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience building multi-agent AI systems.Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.Familiarity with MLOps concepts and AI model deployment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Work EnvironmentLocation: Bay Area, CAWork Model: Onsite (3 Days per Week)Duration: 6+ Months ContractCompensationRate: Market Best Rate (Based on Experience)
