Job DutiesAbout RSI Lotus Grace:Located on a serene 20-acre hobby farm in Cambridge, MN, RSI's Lotus Grace IRTS & RCS setting is designed to support up to five people. The mission at Lotus Grace is to assist in addressing mental health in our community by providing services aimed to meet the immediate support needs of people experiencing mental health crises in a licensed residential setting. Our unique nature-based setting, complete with a variety of farm animals, creates a peaceful environment for healing, growth, and recovery.What You'll do as a Mental Health Worker:As a Mental Health Worker, you will work with the treatment team to implement treatment plans and services for adults experiencing psychiatric instability.
