HR Program Manager
Join our Fortune 500 Semiconductor client and play a crucial role in their HR team as an HR Program Manager specializing in acquisition integration. This is a 1-year initial contract position with potential for extension based on performance.As the HR Program Manager, you will lead the integration efforts for HR-related acquisitions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless transitions for new employees, guiding them to operate effectively within our HR tools, processes, and policies.Key Responsibilities Utilize the HR Playbook to oversee the integration of new employees from due diligence to Day 1 and beyond. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Business Partners to develop and execute comprehensive project plans. Monitor M&A integration activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines. Provide regular updates and reports on integration progress to HR Senior Leadership. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in HR M&A activities, ideally within a global corporate environment. Minimum of 10 years in HR program management with a focus on change management and project execution. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders. Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks in complex and dynamic environments. Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree is a plus.
