Duties: Manage the operational sales, production, and purchasing to grow the container operation significantly Develop new revenue and profit opportunities Identify customer challenges; develop and implement solutions to create opportunities Maintain knowledge of industry competitors, new products, and market conditions Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers Aggressively pursue customers via networking, social media, customer referrals, etc Obtain and develop new accounts utilizing company techniques and methods Maintain and grow expertise of Zoresco’s service offerings Collaborate with customers, front-line management, and various Zoresco departments Negotiate service requirements and prices; establish packages Create service solutions for customers’ unique needs and initiate pricing Maintain accurate territory account information Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude Other duties and projects, as assigned Working Conditions Office setting with travel to customers Independent and teamwork task Quiet, Organized, and clean environment Benefits: Vacation starts at two weeks and increases incrementally Five paid sick days Paid holidays Health, vision, and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Company swag Paid inside and outside training Equal Opportunity Employer Skills and Experience 2-5 years of sales experience (preferred in rental and sales of standard and custom mobile containers) High school diploma or GED required Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to read and accurately follow instructions Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook Leadership and organizational skills Experience in rental and sales of standard and custom mobile storage units Ability to stand, kneel, sit, and bend for extended periods What We're Looking for in a Candidate: Positive Attitude ~ Works consistently with a productive outlook and positive attitude, adding to our positive work atmosphere.
