Director of Enablement Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Enablement Operations & Communications. Key Responsibilities Own the strategy, execution, and procurement process of AI-driven systems, improving adoption and experience Translate strategic priorities into project plans and deliverables, managing dependencies and risks Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to connect enablement activity to performance outcomes Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Marketing, or a related function Proven experience managing a sales enablement or revenue tech stack Strong project management background with experience in cross-functional initiatives Experience creating and managing internal communications for sales audiences Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels with previous leadership experience preferred
