Duties/Activities Required by Job Acts as SME in two areas; designs, programs or configures highly complex technical solutions. Collaborates with users and facilitates communication between technical and functional areas. Implements new information while internal customers continue normal business functions. Creates and critiques requirements and functional/technical specifications, recommending alternate solutions. Protects company assets (hardware and software). Mentors junior members of the team. Skills and Certifications Bachelor's Degree in related field required. 5–8 years' experience as a programmer/analyst preferred. Full life-cycle development knowledge; demonstrates database understanding. Project management skills; Oracle Designer/Developer, SQL, PL/SQL or similar. \ Strong skills in at least two domains; certifications desired.
