Systems Manager - Secret Cleared

Piper Companies is looking for a Systems Manager to join DoD consulting company supporting CECOM project and SAM-D program. This position is onsite at APG (Aberdeen Proving Ground).Essential Duties of the Systems Manager:Provide weapon systems support and manage the FMS (foreign military sales) Case process from cradle to grave from initial request of equipment through planning for long-term program life-cycle sustainment.SAM-D does foreign military sales transactions for SE-FI equipment (communications, surveillance, intelligence)Preparing Letters of Acceptance (LOA), identifying material, services, and shipping requirements, and estimating system life cycle costs.Qualifications of the Systems Manager:Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience or Associates degree and 7 years of experienceMinimum of Secret security clearanceExperience in foreign military sales (FMS)Experience as Logistician, Program Analyst, Financial Analyst, Case Manager, etcCompensation for the Systems Manager:$90,000 - $105,000 (based on experience)Hybrid flexibilityComprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, paid holidaysdocumentation, sales, samd, sam d, case manager, foreign military sales, fms, cecom, contracts, acquisitions, army, gfebs, program analyst, financial analyst, logistics, inventory, cost management
