This is one of the most cross-functional roles in the company. You will sit at the intersection of Product Development, Packaging, Operations, Marketing, and Sales, keeping every initiative on track from initial concept through final execution. This is not a support role. You will take the reins, build the systems, run the meetings, and make things happen. Key Responsibilities: Own the development and management of detailed project plans, including timelines, dependencies, milestones, owners, and critical paths across all active NPD initiativesLead operational execution for new product launches, PR mailers, sample programs, kits, and seasonal sets, closing out current year deliverables while planning 2027 and beyondDrive the weekly launch execution meeting, owning all pre-work, cross-functional coordination, and checklist management so the team walks in aligned, not discoveringBuild and maintain project dashboards and trackers that give clear, real-time visibility to stakeholders at all levelsCoordinate sample needs for marketing, photo shoots, retailer meetings, and other activationsServe as the central communication hub across all platforms and toolsIdentify roadblocks proactively and come to the table with solutions and cost implicationsPartner with Operations leadership to minimize costs associated with delays, air freight, and rush feesBuild strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and external partners to support seamless executionIdeal Candidate: 3-5+ years of project management or product development operations experience requiredExperience in the Beauty/Cosmetics industry requiredHighly organized, calm under pressure, and completely unbothered by pivots, you see reprioritization as an opportunity, not chaosA big-picture, strategic thinker who asks questionsExperienced in managing 20-30+ concurrent projectsComfortable owning cross-functional meetings, setting agendas, driving pre-work, and keeping things movingProficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office; experience with workflow management platforms (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, or similar) strongly preferredNetSuite experience is a plusStable tenure, this is a team looking to grow with someone for the long term
