This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.Position: Commercial Project Lead InstallerEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: LaGrange, GA (Projects throughout the Southeast)About the RoleThe Commercial Project Lead Installer is responsible for leading field installation activities for commercial HVAC projects, ensuring all work meets Sensigreen standards, project specifications, and applicable codes. This position works closely with project managers, general contractors, and field teams to deliver high-quality mechanical installations safely, efficiently, and on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesLead installation of commercial HVAC systems including ductwork, equipment, refrigerant piping, insulation, and accessoriesInterpret mechanical plans, specifications, and submittals to execute accurate installationsCoordinate daily tasks with project managers, GCs, and other tradesEnsure all work complies with code, manufacturer requirements, and Sensigreen quality standardsOversee and mentor installation helpers and junior techniciansMaintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organizationComplete daily reports, equipment start-ups, and installation documentationAssist with project planning, material needs, and field problem-solvingRepresent Sensigreen professionally on all job sitesQualifications3+ years commercial HVAC installation experience (lead or senior installer preferred)Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, duct systems, and refrigerant pipingAbility to lead crews and manage field workflowFamiliarity with commercial construction schedules and coordinationValid driver's license and clean driving recordEPA Certification preferredAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and rooftopsStrong communication and leadership skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceHealth and dental benefitsPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for advancement within Sensigreen's Commercial DivisionSupportive team environment with strong leadership and growth opportunitiesCompensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
