We train our team members to work side by side with each customer to provide suggestions based on their preferences. Our team members are craft beer and cider enthusiasts who strive to provide each customer with a pleasant and informative shopping experience, whether they are on the sales floor or enjoying a drink at one of our bars. Team members work safely and adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards in each area of the department to provide customers with the highest quality beer offerings. Become part of a team that gives back and has fun!Your day-to-day:Assessing customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations.Educating customers on the various beers and ciders offered.Maintaining in-store beer inventory.Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.Interacting with customers, taking orders at the bar, and serving snacks and drinks.Following opening and closing procedures, including till closure and end of day paperwork.Physical Demands:BendingStoopingMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsWorking on feet for entire shiftWhat you bring to the team:Ability to work on a teamGood oral communication skillsGreat work ethicA love of beer!
