This hands-on leadership position requires a deep understanding of Revenue Cycle Management, modern Microsoft-based application stacks, and the ability to organize both internal and offshore development teams, as well as manage third-party vendors to ensure the delivery of consistent results. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving alignment across .NET, Azure, Power BI, and automation initiatives, and must be a trusted technology partner to both leadership and operations. Candidates for the Vice President of Technology role at the company should have 15-20 years of technology experience, with a strong background in RCM, and at least 5 years of leadership experience within healthcare revenue cycle platforms. Expertise in the Microsoft stack, including .NET, Azure, and Power BI, is essential. The role demands a leader who is adept at managing blended teams, including onshore, offshore, and vendor resources, and who can bring a calming and steady presence to the technology function.
