If these values resonate with you, wed love to meet you!Roles and Responsibilities:Review and understand project plans and specsAsk questions to really understand the scopeComplete project take offs and bid checklistsBuild clean and clear proposal and scope sheetsKnow your costs and have the data to back them upKeep bid form costs up to dateMaintain bid calendarMaintain good relationships with suppliers and vendorsMaintain job cost tracking, Estimated vs Actual costs as project phases close outSkills and Qualifications:Great AttitudeHighly organized with strong desire for details and factsRelentless follow throughExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience estimating plumbing systems (preferably multifamily projects)Must enjoy building, following and maintaining systemsBenefits:$60 - $70 per hourPaid Holidays and PTO100% Paid Medical, Dental & Vision premiums for employee and family401k starting immediately, with up to 6% company match (after one year)Company-paid education and training opportunitiesWe thank all applicants for their interest.
